Tovia - use UK HRMS Manager. Don't waste a lot of time looking at all the concurrent requests - every customer wants their own reports anyway.
And a configuration decision is not the same as a P1 Issue. Can you try to give an example o

Hmm we are WE8ISO8859P1 here.

Thanks Barry,
I think it's the init.ora value, because it is the value set on the Oracle Server. We have raised an SR with Oracle and the answer they came back with was:
The only available workaround for generating PDF on a UTF8

Hi Martin Are you refering to the NLS_LANG setting as part of the init.ora (v$parameter), or individual PC language setting or some profile setting in the profile options?
