Are you executing this script from other then SQL* Plus prompt(Like TOAD, Sql Navigator....etc)?
If so, Try to execute this from the SQL prompt.

Hi,
I am looking to create a user hook so that when an absence is added to the per_absence_attendances table it will update the record in my custom table. I have created a procedure and I am trying to add this to the hr_person_absence_api

The phones facility can be used to home email addresses.
See Others=>Phones from the Enter and Maintain screen.
I believe the "Personal Email" is even one of the seeded types.

I do not think there is a standard field to store personal email address. Yes, you may want to design an SIT/DFF for it.

I have a requirement to hold an employee's personal email address in HRMS in addition to their work email address which we currently hold in the email field against on the office details on the person enter and maintain screen.

Release 12 RUP 5 will be broken down by product family.
So they are releasing RUP 5 packs for Financials, HCM suite, CRM etc
In a way this is good, as it means that a HRMS-only user no longer needs to apply a roll-up that includes the

During the recent OHUG conference in Las Vegas, Oracle development announced that all HCM/HR apps are going to be included in family packs.
FP.K.rup3 - now includes iRecruitment

You could create seperate functions that only had access to the required functionality, and attach these functions, via an appropriate menu to specific responsibilities.
